Not able to raise rectification refund

Prior raising a rectification refund, please ensure that the charges are in a Finalized state. Additionally, for rectification refunds related to Loan or CMP payment modes, Finance for branches / FR-Finance for Franchise approval is mandatory; without this approval, the system will not allow the refund to be processed.
