Introduction

File Upload in Crystal allows faculty to upload PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, etc presentations directly into Crystal, removing the need for external conversion.

What can you do with a PPT upload?

Faculty

  • Upload PPT, PDF or PPTX files

  • Navigate slides like pages

  • Annotate slides in real time

Using the feature

  1. Click Upload File.

  2. Select a PPT or PPTX file.

  3. Slides are converted into pages.

  4. Teach and annotate as usual.

Behavior

  • Animations render as static content

  • Each slide becomes a separate page

Troubleshooting

Upload only PDF, PPT, or PPTX files.
