The Faculty Performance module in AakashGuru provides a comprehensive dashboard for tracking and analyzing key teaching and engagement metrics for each faculty member. This module enables Academic Heads and management to monitor faculty effectiveness, ensure curriculum delivery, and support professional growth.
The module tracks the following metrics for each faculty member:
Number of lectures delivered
Syllabus compliance percentage
Number of delayed lectures
Number of unmarked lectures
PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) conducted
Student follow-ups completed
Monthly compliance targets achieved
Academic Heads and above:
Can access the Faculty Performance dashboard for all faculty in their branch or region, with a consolidated view of relevant metrics.
Faculty members:
Can view their own performance data for self-monitoring and improvement.

On-Track Lectures:
Lectures where syllabus is marked completed as per the academic plan and timeline.
Delayed Lectures:
Automatically flagged if topics remain unmarked or incomplete past the expected date.
Unmarked Lectures:
Sessions without updated syllabus compliance. Regular reminders are sent; persistent delays may be escalated to the Academic Head.
PTMs & Follow-Ups:
Counted based on entries logged by faculty in the system.
Performance data is updated in real-time or at regular intervals, based on lecture marking, syllabus compliance, and PTM/follow-up entries.
Filtering and Sorting:
Filter and sort faculty performance data by subject, class, compliance status, and more to quickly identify high performers or those needing support.
Self-Monitoring:
Faculty can review their own metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Discrepancies:
If you notice errors or missing data in your performance metrics, report the issue to your Academic Head or EDP team for verification and correction.
Coaching and Support:
Academic Heads and management use the data to identify training needs, provide coaching, and support faculty development.
