Introduction

The Dashboard module is the central interface of the AakashGuru Faculty Experience Portal. It provides faculty and academic heads with a consolidated, real-time view of key academic and operational metrics. The Dashboard is designed to minimize non-productive time and enable quick access to actionable insights, supporting data-driven academic management.

What Can You View on the Dashboard?

  • Student performance summaries: Overall, subject-wise, and Olympiad results

  • Syllabus compliance status: Real-time tracking for each batch and lecture

  • Upcoming events: Lectures, tests, and PTMs with date, time, batch, and subject

  • Batch and lecture details: Quick access to student lists, attendance, and history

  • Notifications: Real-time alerts for scheduled and unmarked lectures, upcoming tests, and compliance deadlines

  • Faculty performance metrics: (For Academic Heads) Lectures delivered, compliance percentage, delayed/unmarked lectures, PTMs conducted, follow-ups completed

  • Quick links: Direct access to My Schedule, My Batches, and Student Performance modules

Using the Dashboard

1. Viewing Student Performance

  • Search by PSID or student name to view:

    • Academic performance

    • Subject-wise scores

    • Olympiad results

    • Faculty comments

  • Use filters for stream, class, and branch to narrow results.

2. Monitoring Syllabus Compliance

  • Compliance status is displayed for each lecture and batch:

    • On Track

    • Delayed

    • Not Marked

    • Upcoming

  • Faculty can update pending compliance directly from the Dashboard.

3. Checking Upcoming Events and Schedules

  • The Dashboard lists all upcoming lectures, tests, and PTMs.

  • Details include date, time, batch, subject, and compliance status.

4. Accessing Batch and Lecture Details

  • Click on any batch or lecture to open detailed views:

    • Student lists

    • Attendance records

    • Lecture history

    • Test schedules

5. Viewing Faculty Performance Metrics (Academic Heads Only)

  • Metrics available:

    • Lectures delivered

    • Syllabus compliance percentage

    • Delayed/unmarked lectures

    • PTMs conducted

    • Follow-ups completed

6. Real-Time Notifications

  • Receive alerts for:

    • Scheduled lectures

    • Unmarked lectures

    • Upcoming tests

    • Compliance deadlines
