Overview
The My Schedule module in AakashGuru gives faculty a consolidated, real-time view of all their scheduled academic events—including lectures, tests, PTMs, and other activities. This module is designed to help you efficiently manage your daily and upcoming teaching and administrative responsibilities.
Log in to AakashGuru using your official credentials.
Select My Schedule from the main navigation menu.
By default, today’s and upcoming events are displayed.
To view past schedules, uncheck the “Today” filter or use the date picker to select your desired date range.
Each event in My Schedule includes:
Date and time
Event type (Lecture, Test, PTM, etc.)
Class and batch details
Event name
Room/location
Syllabus compliance status (color-coded)
Action buttons (e.g., Mark Syllabus, Mark Attendance, Join MS Teams)
Click the MS Teams icon next to your scheduled event to join the meeting directly.
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Syllabus marked as completed |
| Yellow | Syllabus not marked |
| Red | Syllabus marked, but topics are pending |
| Blue | Upcoming event (not started yet) |
Click Mark Syllabus beside the relevant lecture.
Select the topics you covered and save.
To mark topics from different chapters, use the “Taught something else?” option.
You can edit compliance for lectures within the allowed period (typically up to 14 days in the past).
Click Mark Attendance for the scheduled lecture.
Mark each student as Present (In Class/Online) or Absent.
Faculty can edit attendance until the end of the day.
Academic Heads may edit attendance for up to 5 days in the past.
Filter your schedule by:

If you are assigned to multiple batches or subjects, all relevant events will appear in your schedule. Use filters as needed to narrow your view.
Ensure your batch and subject assignments are up to date.
Check if the event is scheduled for a different date or filtered out.
