My Schedule 

Overview

The My Schedule module in AakashGuru gives faculty a consolidated, real-time view of all their scheduled academic events—including lectures, tests, PTMs, and other activities. This module is designed to help you efficiently manage your daily and upcoming teaching and administrative responsibilities.

Access and Navigation

How to Access

  1. Log in to AakashGuru using your official credentials.

  2. Select My Schedule from the main navigation menu.

Viewing Schedules

  • By default, today’s and upcoming events are displayed.

  • To view past schedules, uncheck the “Today” filter or use the date picker to select your desired date range.

Features and Functionality

What Information Is Displayed?

Each event in My Schedule includes:

  • Date and time

  • Event type (Lecture, Test, PTM, etc.)

  • Class and batch details

  • Event name

  • Room/location

  • Syllabus compliance status (color-coded)

  • Action buttons (e.g., Mark Syllabus, Mark Attendance, Join MS Teams)

Joining Online Lectures or Meetings

  • Click the MS Teams icon next to your scheduled event to join the meeting directly.

Syllabus Compliance Status Colors

ColorMeaning
GreenSyllabus marked as completed
YellowSyllabus not marked
RedSyllabus marked, but topics are pending
BlueUpcoming event (not started yet)

Marking Syllabus Compliance

  1. Click Mark Syllabus beside the relevant lecture.

  2. Select the topics you covered and save.

  3. To mark topics from different chapters, use the “Taught something else?” option.

  4. You can edit compliance for lectures within the allowed period (typically up to 14 days in the past).

Marking Attendance

  1. Click Mark Attendance for the scheduled lecture.

  2. Mark each student as Present (In Class/Online) or Absent.

  3. Faculty can edit attendance until the end of the day.

    • Academic Heads may edit attendance for up to 5 days in the past.

Filters and Customization

  • Filter your schedule by:

    • Date

    • Event type

    • Class

    • Batch

    • Syllabus compliance status

  • If you are assigned to multiple batches or subjects, all relevant events will appear in your schedule. Use filters as needed to narrow your view.

Troubleshooting

Missing Scheduled Event

  • Ensure your batch and subject assignments are up to date.

  • Check if the event is scheduled for a different date or filtered out.

  • If the issue persists, contact your Academic Head or EDP team.

Can’t Mark Syllabus or Attendance for Past Lectures

  • There may be a time restriction (e.g., only the last 14 days are editable).

  • For older records, contact your Academic Head.

  • Confirm your Teams account is active and properly linked.

  • Try refreshing the page or using another device.

  • If the issue continues, report it to the technical support team.

  • Direct print/export functionality may not be available.

  • For official records, contact your Academic Head or EDP team.
